RADIX finishes 2016 leg of current season

For its 2016-17 Season, RADIX is touring to a total of 22 major cities across the United States and Canada. Directed by Eddie Strachan, this dance convention and competition recently finished the 2016 leg of its current tour. On January 6-8, it will begin regional events again, then running through May and concluding with Nationals in Las Vegas in June.

RADIX begins each day with “root classes”, focusing on a solid dance foundation of jazz, ballet, tap, musical theatre and modern technique. These classes lead into today’s cutting-edge dance styles, including contemporary, hip-hop, jazz-funk and improv.

Each event also includes a state-of-the-art dance competition, which encourages and rewards versatility in all styles of dance. 

Faculty and judges include dance luminaries like Tabitha and Napoleon D’Umo, Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, Tina Caspary, Chaz Buzan, Talia Favia, Tessandra Chavez, Jason Janas, Janelle Ginestra, Billy Bell and Jessica Lee Keller.
